This Physical Mastercard Gift Card will be despatched after 2 days following successful order placement and is valid for 36 months.
How to active your card:
- Visit the ucga website and enter your proxy number (PN) found on the back of the card then follow the prompts. You will need to activate the card using an Australian mobile number and IP address.
- You will be required to enter your unique authentication code provided on the letter received as well as the CVV and basic information for security purposes only. We will never ask you for your full 16 digit card number
How to use your card:
- Ensure your card is activated before use
- Once your card is activated and you are logged in, make sure you add a PIN to your card as a PIN is required for some transactions.
- For security reasons, for your first instore purchase you will need to insert your card into the POS terminal rather than tap it. You will be able to tap and pay for all other transactions.
- When you are using your card to make a purchase, select CREDIT and enter your 4-digit PIN if a PIN is requested.
- You may also be asked for your CVV number for online purchases which is the 3-digit number of the back of your plastic card.
Features
- Each Universal Gift Card is valid for 36 months from the issue date and can only be loaded once.
- Universal Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, cheques, money orders or other payment instruments, or otherwise be used to pay accounts.
- No change will be given. The balance of funds on a gift card after a transaction remains on the card for future purchases.
- The use of a Universal Gift Card is subject to Universal Gift Card terms and conditions.
