Seiko heritage in sports timing with the 1969 Speedtimer, has inspired the new solar chronograph speedtimer. The Prospex Speedtimer World Athletic Championship Budapest Limited Edition in commemoration of this competition. The pattern of the dial reminds the wearer of running tracks, which are where athletes challenge themselves, whilst the gold chronograph hands express the moment of glory as the champion. The official logo for the Budapest Championship and the limited edition serial number are engraved on the case back.
