The TechnIQ 30cm Wok - Commercial grade non-stick - perfect food release. The extra long handle is well balanced for ease of moving the pan around while cooking. Ideal for cooktop to oven - oven safe to 260 degrees C. Stratanium+ nonstick surface provides exceptional searing results with little or no oil. Designed and made in Denmark Suitable for use on all cooktops including induction

- Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush/cloth
- Do not use harsh scourers
