• Before you redeem
  • Once you purchase a ticket on the Qantas Marketplace website, you will be contacted by a member of our team within 2 business days, asking you to provide your details so we can secure your ticket.
  • They will also instruct you to download the MLB Official Ballpark app for iPhone or Android (if you haven’t already) and create an account. We strongly recommend using the same email as the one you used to register for your tickets, as this means your tickets will automatically appear in-app once logged in.
  • Tickets will be available via the MLB Official Ballpark app from March
  • On the day, you will need to show the ticket in-app to staff to gain access to the stadium. 
  • The Suite entrance is adjacent to Gate 4. Once inside, you will be directed to take the elevator to the Suite level and asked to present your ticket to gain entry. Staff will help to direct you to your applicable Suite number. 
  • Please note that paper or electronic tickets will not be accepted; you must download the MLB Ballpark app to present your tickets.
  • Dietary requirements for vegetarian and gluten free diners can be accommodated. Other dietary requirements unfortunately cannot be accommodated.

  • What date and where is the game held?
  • The game will take place at the posted dates at Yankee Stadium, Bronx New York, USA.
  • When does the game start and conclude? 
  • Game times vary depending on the date. Exact game times and when the gates open will be available on the tickets.
  • Can I purchase tickets using cash or Qantas Points?
  • Tickets can only be purchased using Qantas  
  • How many people are in the suite?
  • Each suite holds up to 16 people, hence you may be sharing with other members on the day.
  • What are the seating arrangements?
  • There will be an allocated seat on your ticket, however note that this is only applicable to the exterior cushioned seats in the Suite where assigned seating is available. Other areas, including internal stools and sofa area, are open seating and generally on a first come, first serve basis. 
  • Is it possible to redeem a whole suite?
  • Yes, you can redeem a whole suite. There are between 14-16 seats per suite  
  • How many points does each experience cost?
  • A single ticket costs 50,000 Qantas Points
  • Can I book multiple tickets under one name or email? 
  • We only need one attendee's name and email address to send all ticket(s) to. Ideally, this email will be the same one used to register for an account in the Ballpark app – that way your tickets will automatically appear once you are logged into the app. It does NOT need to be the email address associated with your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
  • Do I receive a ticket that I need to bring along to the game? 
  • In the first instance, tickets will be sent to you via email. However, for entry to the stadium and Suite, you must show your ticket on the MLB Ballpark app. If you have used the same email address to purchase the tickets and create your MLB app account, then your tickets should automatically appear when you log into the app.
  • Are children permitted to enter the suite?
  • Children are permitted to attend but must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian. Please note that all attendees require a ticket including children.
  • Will the food served be a set menu?
  • The food offering will be a buffet-style dinner (share plates) complete with dessert, non-alcoholic beverages, wine, beer and Bud Light Seltzers.

  • When should I arrive and where do I go?
  • Yankee Stadium usually opens 90 minutes prior to game start. Any changes will be indicated on the ticket and the MLB Ballpark app. Suite location will be indicated on the ticket and staff will be on-site to direct you upon entry to the stadium.
  • Is there a dress code for the Yankee Stadium Suites?
  • The dress code for the experience is casual. 
  • Can I leave and re-enter the Suite?
  • Yes, you can leave and re-enter the Suite at any point during the game, just have your ticket ready to present upon re-entry. Note that the Suite level itself is exclusive and only accessible to suite guests. 
  • Is parking available?

  • There are several bars and facilities on the level where all Suites are located, that are accessible to all suite members. Additional food and drinks will be available at multiple locations outside the suite. 
  • What happens if I am unwell and unable to attend? Can I get a refund of my Qantas Points? 
  • If guests are unable to attend the event, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds. Guests are therefore encouraged to find a friend or family member to take their place.
