The exterior of the Napoleon is composed of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, allowing it to be easily maintained and cleaned. The lid is even double-walled, effectively containing the heat inside the barbecue for consistent cooking. To assist in the perfect cooking of your culinary creations, the Accu-Probe Temperature Gauge accurately monitors the interior temperature. The control dials are backlit with a mellow blue light, making cooking at night easier than ever.
