This item is artisan crafted with meticulous care. Given its hand-finished nature, variations in the wood work are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike. Wood planks may slightly vary over time, further enhancing their natural one-of-a-kind-character.

Access

Prior to placing your order, it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles including entry ways and staircases. If goods are unable to be delivered due to access, the customer is liable to pay for return shipping back to the warehouse. If you are unsure, please view our furniture measuring guide. Customers must also be present at the agreed time of delivery and allow access to the driver.

Delivery Service

Furniture items are delivered with our White Glove delivery service. This includes:

1. A text message within 48 hrs of placing your order to book in a delivery time that suits you

2. A two-hour delivery window the day of delivery

3. An additional notification when driver is 30 mins away

4. Assembly of item if required

5.Rubbish / packaging removal
