The 26cm Round Skillet is perfect for cooking portions of meat, fish, vegetables or a frittata. Useful where a heavier medium size base for frying or sauteing is required. Cast iron distributes heat evenly for better cooking results and retains heat effectively, ensuring that it keeps food warm for longer and requires only low to medium cooking temperatures. The interior black enamel has excellent food release properties, which are enhanced once a natural surface patina develops. Whilst not a non-stick surface, the release of foods improves such that little, or no, fats or oils are required.
