Perfect for any aviation enthusiast! The RAAF Centenary 2021 Limited edition timepiece!
A true Collector's edition timepiece. Order one of these limited edition watches featuring a genuine piece from Point Cook (sand in the crown) which is the birthplace of the Australian Flying Corps (AFC), which was renamed to the Royal Australian Air Force following its success in World War I. RAAF Base Point Cook was the Air Force's only base from 1912 to 1925, when RAAF Base Richmond and RAAF Base Laverton were built. The Aviator watch looks to the future and takes inspiration from the cornerstone of the Air Force centenary celebrations: Now. Then. Always. Designed by Bausele Founder, Christo Hoppe, in collaboration with the Air Force Centenary team, the watch is a Swiss made automatic loaded with many unique and high-end features, making it a true collectors watch. By purchasing this product you are supporting the restoration and preservation of historic RAAF aircraft. The first 200 customers will receive a keyring with a piece of aircraft number A21-01, cut from the first F/A-18A Hornet fighter jet made and flown in Australia.
