Adrenaline Adventure vouchers will remain valid for 5 years (60 months) from the date of purchase, subject to the following:

• This applies to vouchers purchased on or after December 1st, 2017. 
• If the Adventure Voucher is not booked and taken within 18 months the amount paid for the voucher will be preserved for a further 42 months but the adventure supplier will not be obliged to offer the adventure nor to offer the adventure at the same price. 
• After 18 months, if the price of the adventure has increased, an additional amount will need to be paid at the time of booking. 
• After 18 months, if the adventure is no longer available, the value of the voucher can be used on another Adrenaline adventure. 
• Weather: Many adventures are weather dependent. You will have the Adventure Provider's details so you can call to confirm whether adverse weather affects your proposed adventure. We suggest you call on the morning of your adventure if you have any doubt about the weather suitability. If bad weather affects a booking, you will be offered alternative times to reschedule at no cost to you, or provided with a credit from the supplier. if the supplier is unable to reschedule, please contact Adrenaline within 7 days of the cancellation to arrange a recredit to the payment method you used to make the booking. In the event of multiple cancellations for adverse weather or if the Adventure Provider cannot reschedule within a reasonable period of time, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer guarantee rights.

Enjoy a half day tubing down small but fast paced rapids in gorgeous far north Queensland. You'll be riding down easy to navigate rapids with the help of an experienced guide on either the Mulgrave River or the Behana Gorge. Amazing scenery and crystal clear water plus some thrills and spills!

A great introduction to tubing; this adventure takes place on the beautiful Mulgrave River or Behana Gorge. Feel the rush while you float, slide and rollick down the easy to navigate yet thrilling rapids under the guidance of a qualified guide. You'll be riding high quality, twin chamber tubes that promise a comfy and safe experience.

Your backdrop will be the lush tropical rainforest, making this experience even more special. A lovely day out in the beauty of nature that will provide an adrenalin rush and a lot of laughs!

Session Length

• This tour operates 7 days a week
• Tour departs at either 7:45am or 1:45pm from Cairns
• Please allow approx. 4.5 hours for the total duration of this experience
• This tour does not operate on Christmas Day

Guidelines

• $15 per person River Levy must be paid directly to the provider on the day
• Every participant must sign a Liability Release Form on the day
• Passengers under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their form
• Passenger should disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking

Numbers on the Day

• Minimum numbers of 4 passengers required for the tour to go ahead.

Important Information

Restrictions: Some medical conditions, disabilities or impairments may exclude participants from tubing for safety reasons including pregnancy.

Weather: In case of extremely high water, weather event or flooding the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled.

Dress Code: On the day please wear clothes you don't mind getting wet or swimwear. A pair of shoes with a backstrap are also required, although the tour provider do have some for hire ($5).

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
