Adrenaline Adventure vouchers will remain valid for 5 years (60 months) from the date of purchase, subject to the following:

• This applies to vouchers purchased on or after December 1st, 2017. 
• If the Adventure Voucher is not booked and taken within 18 months the amount paid for the voucher will be preserved for a further 42 months but the adventure supplier will not be obliged to offer the adventure nor to offer the adventure at the same price. 
• After 18 months, if the price of the adventure has increased, an additional amount will need to be paid at the time of booking. 
• After 18 months, if the adventure is no longer available, the value of the voucher can be used on another Adrenaline adventure. 
• Weather: Many adventures are weather dependent. You will have the Adventure Provider's details so you can call to confirm whether adverse weather affects your proposed adventure. We suggest you call on the morning of your adventure if you have any doubt about the weather suitability. If bad weather affects a booking, you will be offered alternative times to reschedule at no cost to you, or provided with a credit from the supplier. if the supplier is unable to reschedule, please contact Adrenaline within 7 days of the cancellation to arrange a recredit to the payment method you used to make the booking. In the event of multiple cancellations for adverse weather or if the Adventure Provider cannot reschedule within a reasonable period of time, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer guarantee rights.

This full day Defensive Driving Queensland Level 1 course is perfect for mastering the skills you need on the road and taking your driving to the next level. You'll work with professional coaches on a mix of theoretical and practical exercises that will develop the crucial road safety skills that underpin proactive driving.

Young drivers are strongly encouraged to develop better on-road defensive driving skills and more solid techniques, but more experienced drivers also benefit enormously from advanced driver training, including the correction of old habits and improving judgement and reactions.

The Defensive Driving QLD Course provides a combination of practical and interactive class sessions in actual on-road safety skills. They are specially designed to educate drivers of the risks associated with driving, and skills needed to avoid accidents. The courses encourage proactive driving aimed at improving community road safety.

Fitness and Experience

• The Level 1 course is suited to drivers of regular passenger vehicles (including four wheel drives and light commercial vehicles)
• All participants must present their current driver's license ('L' plate or above) in order to participate
• Learner drivers must have a Licensed Driver with them during the practical components

What to Bring/Wear

• Your current driver’s licence
• Your vehicle with a full tank of fuel, optimal tyre pressures, water and oil levels
• Wear comfortable casual clothing
• Wear enclosed footwear with a thin sole - bulky shoes, high heels or climbing boots are not optimal driving shoes
• Hat, sunscreen and bug spray if it is hot, or an umbrella if it’s raining

• Courses usually have an 8.45am sign in for a 9.00am start, finishing around 3.45pm
• Where is Mt Cotton? Mount Cotton is approximately 40 minutes' drive and 27 km south-east of Brisbane.
• Your instructors are selected not only for their abilities as a driver but also their ability to effectively communicate. All instructors are hand picked by Chief Instructor Paul Stokell, a five time National Champion who has been educating drivers for over 12 years, working not only in his own company but regularly with many proactive vehicle manufacturers both in Australia and Overseas.
