Adrenaline Adventure vouchers will remain valid for 5 years (60 months) from the date of purchase, subject to the following:

• This applies to vouchers purchased on or after December 1st, 2017. 
• If the Adventure Voucher is not booked and taken within 18 months the amount paid for the voucher will be preserved for a further 42 months but the adventure supplier will not be obliged to offer the adventure nor to offer the adventure at the same price. 
• After 18 months, if the price of the adventure has increased, an additional amount will need to be paid at the time of booking. 
• After 18 months, if the adventure is no longer available, the value of the voucher can be used on another Adrenaline adventure. 
• Weather: Many adventures are weather dependent. You will have the Adventure Provider's details so you can call to confirm whether adverse weather affects your proposed adventure. We suggest you call on the morning of your adventure if you have any doubt about the weather suitability. If bad weather affects a booking, you will be offered alternative times to reschedule at no cost to you, or provided with a credit from the supplier. if the supplier is unable to reschedule, please contact Adrenaline within 7 days of the cancellation to arrange a recredit to the payment method you used to make the booking. In the event of multiple cancellations for adverse weather or if the Adventure Provider cannot reschedule within a reasonable period of time, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer guarantee rights.

You'll take off on board a jet powered McDonnell Douglas 500E Black Ops helicopter flight and experience the blood-pumping action of a 20-minute doors-off helicopter flight mission.

The Black Ops helicopter is a legendary military aircraft that is used in used by covert Special Forces, Law Enforcement & Military from around the world, and has featured in countless iconic films, including Apocalypse Now, Black Hawk Down, The Italian Job, and Mission Impossible.

This Australian-first is your opportunity to live out your cinematic dreams and soar over Sydney in a doors-off helicopter, at adrenaline-pumping high speeds of 130 knots (240km/h). You'll be one of a maximum of three passengers on board, and each of you will be next to an open door with unobstructed panoramic views.

On top of the exciting speeds and helicopter manoeuvres, you'll also enjoy incredible views over Sydney sights like the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, Manly and North Head, Watsons Bay, Bondi, Maroubra, Botany Bay, and more. Before take-off from Sydney Airport, you'll have a pre-flight briefing and get geared up for your mission.

Your helmet is fitted out with a personal GoPro, to capture everything from the walk up and action around the aircraft before take-off to the action-packed flight experience. You'll get to take the footage home as a memento of your unforgettable Black Ops flight.

Fitness and Experience

• Minimum age is 10 years
• All passengers under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult
• Maximum individual passenger weight is 115kg
• While it is standard, all door off operations are still at the discretion of the Pilot in Command
• Passenger/s will need to provide all individual passenger weights (inclusive of clothing) at the time of booking - This is also confirmed on the day of flight as passengers are weighed prior to departure
• Participants must have a general level of health and fitness with the ability to enter and exit the aircraft independently
• Participants with the following conditions should consult the experience provider prior to booking: heart conditions, physical injuries, vertigo, history of mental illness or a history fits or seizures
• On the day, you may be asked questions about your ability to fly in an aircraft with the doors off, and it’s a requirement that you inform the experience provider of anything that you feel may impact your well-being, the safety of others onboard or the general operation
• It is a requirement that you must have an alcohol-blood reading below 0.05
• Please arrive 20mins prior to flight departure

• When booking a shared flight option, all flights are on request and the experience provider will endeavour to confirm in the shortest possible time.
• They may also make contact to ask you to vary your departure time/day due to operational considerations or to match your booking with other passengers.
• Please wait for a confirmation from the experience provider before making any other plans around your booking request. (i.e. a hotel booking).
• Please note: Giving an incorrect weight at time of booking could result in cancellation of the seat on the day of the flight (with penalty) if it causes us operational difficulties, (i.e. the actual weights will contribute to an excess greater than the aircraft maximum take-off weight)
