Adrenaline Adventure vouchers will remain valid for 5 years (60 months) from the date of purchase, subject to the following:

• This applies to vouchers purchased on or after December 1st, 2017. 
• If the Adventure Voucher is not booked and taken within 18 months the amount paid for the voucher will be preserved for a further 42 months but the adventure supplier will not be obliged to offer the adventure nor to offer the adventure at the same price. 
• After 18 months, if the price of the adventure has increased, an additional amount will need to be paid at the time of booking. 
• After 18 months, if the adventure is no longer available, the value of the voucher can be used on another Adrenaline adventure. 
• Weather: Many adventures are weather dependent. You will have the Adventure Provider's details so you can call to confirm whether adverse weather affects your proposed adventure. We suggest you call on the morning of your adventure if you have any doubt about the weather suitability. If bad weather affects a booking, you will be offered alternative times to reschedule at no cost to you, or provided with a credit from the supplier. if the supplier is unable to reschedule, please contact Adrenaline within 7 days of the cancellation to arrange a recredit to the payment method you used to make the booking. In the event of multiple cancellations for adverse weather or if the Adventure Provider cannot reschedule within a reasonable period of time, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer guarantee rights.

Take on the exciting grade 3 rapids of Barron Gorge in this white water rafting adventure. You'll be picked up from Cairns and taken out to the lush landscape of Barron Gorge National park for two hours on the water, tackling the thrilling natural rapids.

Travel from Cairns and into the country side on a scenic ride through the National Park to arrive at Barron Gorge. Your instructors will get you geared up and take you through a safety briefing and training session before getting out on the water. Then jump in the raft and enjoy the thrills of paddling on grade three rapids while surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. Starting small and working your way up, your small group will take on rapids that range from relatively peaceful to the biggest on the river. Once the adrenaline rush is over, you'll calmly paddle your way to Lake Placid, enjoying the tranquil rainforest surrounds.

Fitness and Experience

• Minimum age is 12 years
• Those under the age of 18 years old must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver form
• Every participant must complete a Liability Waiver prior to commencing rafting

What to Bring/Wear

• Swimwear under your clothes
• Sensible footwear - something with a back strap, which can be hired from the experience provider for $5 per pair
• $30 per person River Levy is payable on the day
