Christmas delivery cut-off dates
Most of our partners ship orders from New Zealand. You can find their cut-off dates here.
For your best chance to receive your order before Christmas and avoid disappointment, we highly recommend to order by 13th December.
Products are shipped from our various warehouses and directly from some of our Qantas Marketplace brands, so their delivery times can vary. The postcode tool in the 'Delivery and Returns' tab on each product can help you calculate an estimated date of arrival.
The estimated date of arrival for each product is also displayed at the last step of the checkout process.
Estimated delivery charges are displayed on the individual product page and then are confirmed based on your cart at checkout.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email advising that your order is on its way. This will include a tracking link if it’s available. Click this link for a status update of your order from the relevant courier service. Where available you may also receive status updates via email on your delivery from carriers. Unfortunately, tracking may not be available for all orders.
Some products are not available for delivery to PO Box addresses and therefore must be delivered to a street address.
To find out if a product can or can’t be delivered to a PO Box, check the ‘Delivery and Returns’ tab on the individual product page. It will also be displayed at checkout.

Carbon neutral deliveries
Qantas Marketplace recognises the impact we have on the planet and is committed to reducing our environmental footprint. As part of this commitment, we have made all deliveries from 9 March 2022 carbon neutral by purchasing carbon credits from verified carbon offset projects.
We also now offer our members the opportunity to go one step further and make their delivery climate positive, meaning members will go beyond achieving net zero carbon emissions to create an environmental benefit by removing additional emissions from the atmosphere. Digital products will be sent to the email address nominated at checkout and may come directly from Qantas Marketplace or the Seller.
