If the battery in the charger case overheats, it poses a risk of fire, which may result in injury or property damage.

What to do

Consumers should stop charging the case and earphones, and contact Technical Audio Group to organise the return and replacement of the defective charging case.

Defect

The handle on the kettle may become loose or separate from the body of the kettle.

Hazard

If the handle detaches during use, a consumer could be scalded or burned.

What to do

Consumers should immediately stop using the product.

Bose has announced that they have discontinued their SleepBuds as of 3 October 2019 due to battery issues.

Next steps

Replacement: If you experience any issues and you would like to continue using your SleepBuds, contact Bose directly on the details below. Bose will replace the SleepBuds with a new pair within 4 to 6 weeks.

Refund: For a cash refund, contact Bose directly using the details listed above. Refunds will be offered on SleepBuds until 31 December 2019.
