The Staub 18cm (1.7L) Round Cocotte makes slow cooking a breeze, with the results being incredible every time!
The smooth base allows this cocotte to be used on any cooking surface without scratching it. With a black matte enamel interior, it is highly scratch resistant. This cast iron material is also very durable and great at offering even heat conductivity for well cooked food. One of our favourite features is the self-basting lid, which collects the moisture from the steam and drips it back into the food. This helps retain moisture, preventing meat becoming dry. Please note, this cocotte is on the smaller side, so may be better suited for single serve breakfasts or little desserts.
