While recent changes to national legislation regarding gift card expiry do not apply to loyalty programs, Qantas Frequent Flyer is pleased to offer our members Australia wide, a minimum of 36 months expiry on our range of physical and digital gift cards for retail groups, with some gift cards enjoying even longer expiry windows.
This Digital Gift Card can take up to 12 hours to be delivered via email, however please allow up to 2 business days following successful order placement.
Should you not receive it within 48 hours, please check your junk folder or get in touch with our Customer Service team via the link under Specifications.

- It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. This eGift Card, once activated, may only be used for purchases at David Jones in the country of issue.
- This eGift Card cannot be returned, exchanged for cash or used to pay any David Jones or other branded credit card accounts. The available funds will be verified on request or at time of purchase.
- No change is given and any balance that remains on the eGift Card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases in David Jones.
- Any balance that remains on the eGift Card after expiry will not be available for use, except as required by law.
